Some couples believe that hiring an event coordinator is an extravagent expense. Many venues have "onsite coordinators," but they're basically there to ensure the venue side runs smoothy. Having peace of mind knowing that someone has planned your entire event with you, has gone over all the details that are the most important to you, and will always be there with a tissue or make you laugh when the ones you love (bless them) are driving you a bit crazy, is priceless.
On your special day, you, your family, and your wedding party are there to help celebrate this joyous day with you. The only person who should be keeping track of the cake delivery, setting out placecards or when it's time for you to toss the bouquet, is your wedding coordinator.
